The 2025 Gruner Veltliner was crafted with sustainably farmed grapes grown on silt loam soils over shale by Patrician Verona Vineyard on the West side of Cayuga Lake and was fermented and aged in stainless steel. This aromatic and crisp dry white offers refreshing citrus, green fruit, and signature white pepper notes and features herbal undertones. The wine finishes with vibrant acidity and crushed gravel and is a fantastic match for lighter summer cuisine.
