This Merlot was crafted with hand-picked grapes sustainably farmed on a West-facing slope overlooking Cayuga Lake. Aged in fine French oak for structure and complexity. Medium-full bodied, this rich Merlot exhibits red and dark fruits on the nose and palate and is framed by beautifully integrated tannins. The wine finishes with bright acidity, a touch of cocoa and an earthy, savory edge.
