QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
As a way of saying thank you to our loyal customers, we offer the following quantity discounts:
- 5% off bottle purchases of 3-5 bottles
- 10% off bottle purchases of 6-11 bottles
- 15% off bottle purchases of 12+ bottles
Discounts will automatically be applied to your product total at checkout.
To gain exclusive access to our limited release wines and for additional savings, consider joining our Wine Club.
ONLINE ORDERING
All online transactions and shipped orders are processed through Vinoshipper. We use Vinsoshipper for age verification, to ensure compliance with laws specific to each state, and to offer our customers the lowest possible UPS shipping rates. When ordering for the first time, you’ll simply create a Vinoshipper account during checkout before choosing your preferred delivery option. All bottle quantity and club discounts will be automatically calculated and applied to your cart total.
LOCAL ORDERING
While local pickup and delivery orders can be made online through Vinoshipper, we would also be happy to process your transaction in person if you prefer. Please email info@constantiawine.com or call 203.376.4598 to make arrangements for local pickup or delivery.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Please note that order minimums are required for local delivery, depending on distance from zip code 13147:
2 bottle minimum within 5 miles;
3 bottle minimum: 5-10 miles;
6 bottle minimum: 10-15 miles;
9 bottle minimum: 15-20 miles;
12 bottle minimum: 20-30 miles. For 30+ miles, please call.
ORDER SHIPMENTS
While we do our best to process and ship orders within 24 hours if ordered during the week, orders placed after noon on Friday may ship the following Monday, provided it is not a holiday. Adult signature is required at the time of delivery.
PREVENTING “BOTTLE SHOCK”
We recommend that you wait 1-2 weeks minimum to let your wines recover from ‘travel shock’ before opening (see our FAQs for more details).
WEATHER IMPACT
We may also contact you if we feel that we need to hold your shipment due to extreme weather conditions. Our goal is to make sure that your wines arrive safely, and we do not want to risk damage due to extreme cold or heat.
