Constantia Wine Company is located in the Finger Lakes, New York winegrowing region. As a small producer, our mission is to present elegant, handcrafted wines that capture the uniqueness of each variety, vineyard, and vintage. We hope you enjoy our wines as much as we do!

This classically-styled dry Riesling exhibits aromas and flavors of white peach and Meyer lemon with bright acidity and limestone on the finish.
2021 Semi-Dry Riesling: Finger Lakes AVA / Seneca Lake - $19
pH: 3.2, RS: 1.5%
Notes of melon, pear, grapefruit, and apricot with floral hints and a finish underpinned by minerality, citrus, and bright acidity.
2020 Semi-Sweet Riesling: Finger Lakes AVA / Seneca Lake - $18
pH: 3.1, RS: 2.6%
Floral Aromas and flavors of tropical fruit and citrus with a juicy mid-palate of pink grapefruit and layers of honeysuckle and melon on the bright finish.
2022 Estate Dry Rose: Finger Lakes AVA - $23 (Sold Out)
Our Rose offer notes of juicy peach, ripe strawberry, and citrus with hints of mango and hibiscus. The finish is framed by bright acidity and limestone. Extremely limited production. Club members only.
2021 Merlot: Finger Lakes AVA / Cayuga Lake - $23
Layers of bright cherry and plum with notes of vanilla and soft tannins on the balanced, lingering finish. 21 months extended ageing in 100% French Oak.
2021 Cabernet Franc: Finger Lakes AVA / Seneca Lake - $25
This complex Cabernet Franc offers notes of red currant, bright cherry, dried fruit, and hints of spice. Well integrated tannins and undertones of loamy earth frame the finish. Extended maceration post-fermentation. 18 months ageing in 100% French oak.
2021 Uniquity Red Blend: Finger Lakes AVA - $29
56% estate Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc
Uniquity is a classic, age-worthy Bordeaux-style blend offering expressions of fig, black cherry, and currant with a long finish framed by silky tannins and subtle notes of earth and leather. 56% Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc. Extended ageing in 100% French oak. Very limited production. Club members only.
